Q: Shipping

All orders placed prior to 2pm PST Monday-Friday will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2pm PST Monday-Friday will be processed the following day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and all orders placed Saturday through Sunday will be processed on Monday. Some items are custom made to order, ie: certain stainless steel items and carbon fiber items which may delay shipment up to three weeks. You will be informed upon ordering if this is the case.

Orders are processed in the order in which we receive them. All orders are subject to product availability. D2BDMOTORWERKS.COM ships from multiple warehouses across the United States, multiple-item orders may not arrive to you at the same time.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email informing you of the specific carrier used for delivery, as well as a shipment tracking number for your order. Your order is not complete until you receive this email.

You can track your order status online by logging in to your account.

Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Some items are custom made to order ie: certain stainless steel items and carbon fiber items which may delay shipment up to three weeks. You will be informed upon ordering if this is the case.

D2BDMOTORWERKS.COM ships with a variety of carriers including, but not limited to UPS, FedEx, and USPS. We reserve the right to ship with the carrier of our choice as longs as it meets the transit time of the shipping method chosen at checkout. Please allow up to 2 to 3 business days to process the order prior to shipment.FREE SHIPPING APPLIES TO THE CONTINUOUS 48 STATES ONLY . HAWAII, ALASKA, PUERTO RICO DO NOT QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING

If an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be contacted via telephone and/or email to advise you of the expected delay and provide you with your options. You can choose to wait for the item, select an available product, or cancel your order. We will ship the item to you as soon as it is in stock. Orders for products that are not available within 30 days will be canceled. In the event that your order is canceled you will be contacted via email.

Order delivery times may be delayed due to circumstances such as credit authorization, back ordered items, insufficient or inaccurate information provided when placing the order or incomplete payment. You will be contacted via phone or email should such a condition be realized during the course of processing your order.

Orders cannot be shipped to a PO Box.

Orders can be shipped to military APO/FPO and will ship to international addresses for an additional charge. Some APO shipments qualify for free shipping. Please email steve@d2bdmotorwerks.com for quote/inquiry.

Some items we sell may require that the shipping address match the billing address on the credit card that you are using to place the order. This helps protect you from theft or fraud because the address you enter is verified.

D2BDMOTORWERKS.COM reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.

Q: Free Shipping

D2BD MOTORWERKS has many items that are Free Shipping every day and are indicated as such in the cart. This is by standard ground via Fed Ex, UPS or USPS. The ability to upgrade to express or overnight is also available by using the quote shipping option. Other items are put on Free Shipping Specials weekly and/or monthly.Free shipping applies to the continuous 48 states ONLY. Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico do not qualify for free shipping and must be quoted.

Q: Customer Returns

You may return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order or receive a refund of your costs as long as the merchandise is in fully resalable condition (no damage, no stains, no wear and tear). EXCLUDES ALL SUSPENSION SALES. Suspension sales are final with a no return policy. Custom painted items also have a no return policy.

All returns must have its original packaging with freight prepaid and insured. All returns will be assessed the industry standard 10%-35% restocking fee. Returns must be made within 15 days of "Return Authorization" date. Any returns must be noted with a full description on the front of the manifest or bill of lading in order to be recognized as valid. Prior to any returns, customer must contact STEVE@D2BDMOTORWERKS.COM at 855-924-3223.

Q: Delivery Times

"In-Stock" items usually take between 2 to 7 days.For custom painted items please allow up to three weeks to ship.

Occasionally, items shown to be in stock or available get pre-sold, in this case, you will be sent an email notification that your item is on back order. You have the option to continue to wait for that item, cancel your order for a full refund, or select a different item to order.

Q: Shipping Damage

In the event that your product arrives damaged from the freight company, you immediately write down any and all "EXCEPTIONS" on the Delivery Receipt. Please do this prior to the carrier leaving. Our freight is insured and you have every right to file a freight claim with the carrier if they did not handle your products properly. If you see visible damage to the cartons or the product, you can choose to (1) keep the product and file a claim (ask for a claim form from the driver), or (2) refuse the product and have it sent back to us. It is best to document any problems with a digital camera if possible. VERY IMPORTANT!! Please try to inspect each piece of equipment thoroughly for damage prior to signing the delivery receipt. Once you are completely satisfied there is no damage, then sign the delivery receipt which releases the delivery company and D2BDMOTRWERKS.COM from all damage claims.

If the delivery driver does not allow you to inspect each piece, please note on the delivery receipt the following statement. POSSIBLE CONCEALED DAMAGE. THE DELIVERY DRIVER WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO EXAMINE EACH BOX FOR INSPECTION and then sign where required. If these terms are not followed we cannot be liable for any replacements or refunds. Our excellent packaging and shipping experience reduces the chances of damage. However, in the event of damage please save all original packaging and notify us and the shipping company immediately. Damages to items shipped must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us immediately. Concealed damage must be reported to us and the shipper within 5 days of arrival. Pictures are required in the event of hidden damage. If there are partial damages or shortages, accept the good items and list damages/shortages on the delivery receipt. If the product is refused and damage is noted on the delivery receipt; we will send a replacement to correct the problem, or issue a pickup to replace the product at our discretion.

To the extent permitted by law, neither D2BDMOTORWERKS.COM nor any of its employees, related partners or their respective officers will be liable in any way for any loss, damage, cost or expense suffered or incurred by you or claims made by you because of your use of this site, unavailability of this site or in connection with any products, services or information advertised, offered or supplied through this site. D2BDMOTORWERKS.COM maintains the exclusive right to cancel or refuse any order without limitation.
